MCG Mazzei Construction Group General Contractors

Mazzei Construction Group, LLC (MCG) originally was a division of Property Service Group, Inc (PSG). PSG was formed in 1989 as a related company of Cardinal Management Group, Inc (CMG). CMG has been providing property management services in the greater Washington DC area and in Southwest Florida since 1987.

MCG separated from PSG primarily as an accounting function to make the two divisions separated entities. MCG is owned by the Mazzei brothers, Patrick, Don, and Tom. Tom Mazzei is the managing partner that works exclusively as the Owner/Manager for MCG.

MCG is a General Contracting company that offers extensive experience in construction, gained through working on many different types of projects specializing in base buildings from $500,000 to $5 million dollars. While we specialize in building Recreational Facilities; we also are a full service General Contractor. Our completed projects include single family home construction and additions, commercial tenant fit ups and renovations, construction management, and consulting services.
